This service is designed after a scenario planning exercise based around trend analysis. The organization will choose an issue or focus area in which Asher H. Nixon will create a SWOT analysis and scenario diagram for. This includes two trends related to the focus area that are cross referenced with one another to create 4 separate worlds. These worlds are then visualized and documented thoroughly. At the end of service term, you will receive a report with all the findings from all 4 scenarios and the stories that were created as part of the exercise.
