Nixon will provide you with a SWOT analysis and other analytical tools specific to your project and to ensure that all bases are covered moving into the project progression. At the end of the service term, Asher H. Nixon will provide a project analysis report including all information covered via meetings and research to assist you in finding the best results possible for your project.
Timeline Development
This service includes creation of a timeline for a given project. Asher H. Nixon will coordinate with project members, stakeholders, and leadership to create a working schedule and expectations for a project. At the end of the service term, you will receive a calendar with all important deadlines, dates, and expectations for the project to follow.
Budget Creation & Resource Planning
Budget creation services include analysis and research for funding needs. Asher H. Nixon will personally work with your team to get the numbers and resources needed to complete a project. At the end of the service term, you can expect a detailed rundown of finances and other necessary resource for a project.
Stakeholder Assessment
This service includes coordination and communication with Stakeholders. Asher H. Nixon will reach out to stakeholders of all varieties to gain an understanding of the impacts, expectations, and realities of a project. The goal of this service is to ensure that all people who are affected by a project's development are properly communicated with and taken into consideration. At the end of service term you will receive documentation of all contacts with stakeholders as well as any available data collected during that timeframe.
Risk Assessment
Risk is a natural part of any project, but it can be minimized with strategic development. This service will include detailed analysis and research of the proposed project by Asher H. Nixon in order to understand what is at stake at each stage of the project. At the end of service term you will receive a written risk assessment evaluation report to be taken into consideration for your project.

Proposals and communication with funding sources is a necessary part of any project pre-development. This service provides easy access to quality writing for grants and proposals to secure project funding. Asher H. Nixon will research the market, the organization offering the grant/funding, and write a persuasive proposal to secure funding. This step is crucial to ensuring that there are resources to start with upon project launch. At the end of service term you will receive all documented communication as well as any ongoing communication with organizations.

Task & Workflow Management
This service includes hands-on assistance from Asher H. Nixon throughout the lifecycle of a project. Asher H. Nixon would become a primary point of contact for task assistance, updates, or concerns. He would work with your team to ensure that everyone has a manageable workload and that all tasks are completed by deadline. At the end of service term you can expect a completed project with proper documentation of all deliverables.
Communication Management
As a communication manager on a project, Asher H. Nixon would spearhead all communication between the team and leadership. This would include, but is not limited to, weekly/biweekly reports to leadership, daily individual check-ins with the team, conflict resolution, and any other necessary communication steps. At the end of service term, you can expect a smooth project completion and documentation of all communication.
Meeting Facilitation
This service specifically refers to the coordination, planning, and execution of regular meetings throughout the lifecycle of a project. Asher H. Nixon would work with team and facilitate meetings to ensure project stability, deadline completion, and ensure alignment with goals. At the end of service term, you can expect written documentation of every meeting as well as a summary of the services provided.
Problem-Solving & Issue Tracking
As a problem solver hired on a project, Asher H. Nixon would work alongside a team and complete micellaneous tasks to either avoid problems entirely or rectify problems once they arise. The goal of this service is to have an extra set of hands to address problems and take the burden of work off the team when it comes to troubleshooting. This could include, but is not limited to, fixing miscommunications, scheduling meetings with team members, assisting on specific tasks, or simply streamlining communication summaries to management. At the end of service term, you can expect a written summary of all work performed and a project without any remaining issues.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
This service aims to keep a detailed record of every aspect of a given project. Asher H. Nixon will work with the team to gain all necessary information, attend meetings, and communicate with all stakeholders involved in order to write a complete documented report on the project. This report will include a summary, a methodology, detailed charts and data, and an analysis of the implications of the project. At the end of service term, you can expect the aforementioned report as well as communication regarding any questions about the report to Asher H. Nixon.

Sustainability Analysis and Recommendations
This service includes a direct analysis of an ongoing project alongside recommendations for how to alter current plans to better align with Sustainability agendas. Asher H. Nixon will conduct research on the company, the project, and the industry to gain a full understanding of Sustainability within the space and then use that information to give direct strategic recommendations to the project leaders. The goal of this service is to take an ongoing project and work to better integrate Sustainability into it. At the end of service term, you can expect a written report of the research findings and recommendations with reasoning and analysis provided.
Sustainability Communication
This service aims to incorporate Sustainability language into the communication of the project. This includes both internal and external communication. Asher H. Nixon would facilitate communication with project leaders to help align the project with Sustainability terms, goals, and ideas. The goal of this service is to improve representation of Sustainability within the project through the medium of language. At the end of service term, you will recieve a written report of the alterations to communication throughout the project and their implications.
